01 Mortgage lenders can now use the VantageScore 4.0 model

When originating loans backed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, which amount to nearly half of recent mortgage originations. Unlike traditional FICO models, VantageScore 4.0 incorporates alternative data such as rent, utility and telecom payment history.

05 New York has lost its #1 status as the most expensive city in the US to visit as a tourist.....and the winner is.......ASPEN, Colorado! Followed by Santa Barbara, California, Anchorage, Alaska, Bar Harbor, Maine and Fairbanks, Alaska. Clearwater, Florida, was the least expensive tourist destination for vacationers on a budget. Three of the TOP 10 are in Alaska!
