01  There is no space left in Beverly Hills? HAH!  A massive new 17,7-acre $10 billion development is underway that will include 200 AMAN residences and a 78-suite hotel, a 10-acre park and 200,000sf of retail. 40% of the retail is already leased just as construction starts.....did I hear someone say bricks-and-mortar were dead?
