I've spent years working alongside the Padres and Chargers organizations — building relationships with players, coaches, and their families, and learning what it really takes to protect someone's privacy while still getting results. That experience is part of why I became a founding member of Compass Sports & Entertainment's San Diego chapter, and why I now sit on its executive committee.

San Diego has quietly become one of the country's top destinations for professional athletes, active and retired, looking for the climate, lifestyle, and discretion that bigger markets can't offer. More recently, we've seen a new wave: entertainment families relocating from Los Angeles after the wildfires, drawn here for many of the same reasons.
